The JDC WWS (Wind Warning System) Wind Station measures windspeed with a sensor located at the end of a 15 meter cable. The WWS has alarm thresholds for warning of high windspeed; three levels of windspeed thresholds can be set. The warning is both audible and visual. The kit includes the display, a 15 meter sensor cable and wind turbine. ALARMS: User programmable. There are three levels of alarms, for different maximum windspeeds. Three thresholds can be set for windspeed, with a programmable alarm duration for each level. The red LEDs will flash and an audible alarm will sound for the duration set. After an alarm has been activated, the display will show which alarms were triggered. The standard WWS System comes complete with the display, 15m sensor cable, and wind turbine.
